Bug Fix ResID_Value too long and sometimes missing

Zusammenhängend damit. Mir brauchen uuids für Reservierungen, -> UniqueId im XML file und man muas die ClickID irgendwie übertragen, oder ehrlich gsog a net. Net zwingend Notwendig.
